The Father Sikora Council is a parish based council in Burke, VA. Father Sikora Council is a part of the Virginia State Council and District 13. 

The council meetings are the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month.  Meetings start at 7:30 pm with the Rosary being said at 7:15 pm prior to the meeting.  Meetings are held in the All purpose room at the Church of the Nativity, 2400 Nativity Lane, Burke, VA 22015.

We are a Parish council based in The Church of the Nativity of Our Lord in Burke, Virginia, located about 16 miles southwest of our Nations Capital.  Our Council currently has over 300 members.  

Our Council was instituted March 29, 1982 as Nativity Council 7992.  After the death of Father Vincent S. Sikora, a former Council Chaplain and Assistant Pastor at Nativity who passed away in December, 1989, the council was renamed in his honor.  Father Sikora faithfully served God as a Priest in the Dioceses of Richmond and Arlington, Virginia and Charleston, South Carolina.  He was active as Chaplain for numerous K of C Councils and Assemblies and for Veterans groups such as Catholic War Veterans, the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and The Civil Air Patrol.  Father Sikora will always be missed, yet he will always be a part of us.
